Ormanäsgården is a farm with a shore meadow that is naturally kept open by grazing sheep. Here, small-scale lamb farming is carried out.
Farm shop
In the farm shop you’ll find our own lamb meat and sheepskins. The sheepskins are unique in appearance and you simply have to feel them when you visit! In the farm shop you’ll also find a varied selection of many other things, including ice cream.
Holiday homes and Motorhome pitches
At Ormanäsgården you will find two newly built holiday homes with room for the entire family. Another two are opening during summer 2026. Each home is equipped with up to 6 beds, one bathroom with shower and a kitchen where you can store and cook food. Outside each holiday home is a spacious terrace with furniture and a BBQ overlooking the lake. A perfect location to enjoy the summer evenings.
There are also 10 pitches for motorhomes at Ormanäsgården. Here you can stay year-round on gravel with views over the lake. Evenings can be magical, when the moon reflects on the water and the only thing you hear is the birds moving around the lake.
The pastures surround the farm and as a visitor you can often get close to the animals. Sometimes a personal meet-and-greet with the animals is arranged.
Environmental thinking
On the farm, small-scale living is woven together with environmental thinking. Since autumn 2023, our own electricity has been produced via solar panels, rainwater is collected in an 8,000-litre tank, and a small treatment plant has been installed as the farm’s own wastewater system.
In Lake Ringsjön you can fish once you have purchased a fishing permit. A boat can be rented from Björks Ringsjön directly across the lake from Ormanäsgården. Bosjökloster golf course is a few kilometres away, as are Bosjökloster Castle and Gardens.
A 15-minute drive from Ormanäsgården you will find Skånes Djurpark.
