Walk and talk – inspiration, lecture, and a try-it-out session. Practical application that can kick-start a healthy trend at work.
Forest yoga – a walk with gentle yoga exercises. Energy-boosting, team-building, fun, and fresh air that increases creativity and cognitive ability, while reducing stress and promoting calm. Everyone can join, as the session is held at a low-intensity level.

Naturstark – a strengthening outdoor workout. The session includes both individual exercises and partner exercises that build strength, flexibility, and a few laughs. Normal fitness is required.
No stress – a walk with relaxation and presence. Energy-boosting, team-building, fun, and fresh air that increases creativity and cognitive ability, while reducing stress and promoting calm. Everyone can join.
Hike – a moderately long hike with breaks for team-building. You’ll get exercise and fresh air that improves concentration, increases focus, reduces stress, and gives you more energy for the remaining items on the conference agenda. You’ll also get inspiration on how to use a regular walk to lower stress levels and boost energy.
Taste walk – a hike with tastings of local products. Delicious and fun. You’ll get inspiration on how to use a walk to lower stress levels and boost energy. You’ll also gain knowledge about how our health is linked, among other things, to what we eat—plus tips and tastings.
